Product description
KLINGERSIL® C-4430 is a premium-grade, asbestos-free universal gasket material made from a carefully optimised combination of synthetic fibres and glass fibre bound with NBR. The material offers excellent mechanical strength and exceptional resistance to pressure, steam, and hot water. It is suitable for continuous operating temperatures up to 250 °C and is ideal for demanding sealing applications, including high-pressure and vacuum conditions.
C-4430 may be replaced, if necessary, with KLINGER® top-chem 2000 (PTFE), especially in cases where gasket standardisation is desired.
Typical uses
KLINGERSIL® C-4430 is suitable for water, steam, oils, gases, salt solutions, fuels, alcohols, weak organic and inorganic acids, hydrocarbons, lubricants, or refrigerants.
Approvals
KLINGERSIL® C-4430 gasket material is approved for i.e. BAM, DIN-DVGW, TA-Luft and Fire-Safe.

Sheet sizes: 1000 × 1500 mm, 2000 × 1500 mm
Thicknesses: 0.5 mm, 1.0 mm, 1.5 mm, 2.0 mm, 3.0 mm
Tolerance – thickness according to DIN 28091-1, length ±50 mm, width ±50 mm
